Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience as a Technology Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
- Strong expertise in the financial services sector is highly desired.
- Proven skills in gathering and documenting requirements through BRDs, use cases, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Practical experience in data analysis, profiling, and mapping within complex environments.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with data profiling tools.
- Knowledge of OFSAA and FSDF data models is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of relational databases, data models, and ETL processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation in Financial Technology and Regulatory Reporting.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and technology teams to create solutions that guarantee accurate financial and regulatory reporting, thus influencing data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and Financial Services Data Foundation (FSDF) to perform in-depth data analysis, mapping, and lineage tracing.
- Serve as a reliable advisor to business units, converting requirements into technology solutions.
- Generate comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for financial and regulatory reporting.
- Conduct data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency.
- Map essential data attributes from source systems to OFSAA FSDF standard models.
- Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data across multiple databases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design data flows, document processes, and assist in application development.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with UX/Design teams to visualize requirements via prototypes.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and mentor fellow team members.
Description
