- Develop the infrastructure architecture strategy and roadmap in line with business goals - Design scalable and secure AWS infrastructure that adheres to Well-Architected Framework and SaaS Lens principles - Architect multi-tenant SaaS environments ensuring tenant isolation and automated provisioning - Create production-ready Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation - Produce reusable, modular infrastructure components and templates tailored for tenant use - Design CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD for infrastructure deployments, including automated tests and security checks - Execute deployment strategies including blue-green, canary, and rolling for infrastructure and container workloads - Establish enterprise-level monitoring and observability using tools like Nagios, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana - Implement tenant-aware monitoring systems with APM, distributed tracing, log aggregation, and smart alerting - Leverage AWS Marketplace for monitoring, security, and infrastructure solutions - Create secure integration techniques with third-party SaaS platforms - Design strategies for tenant isolation across various infrastructure layers - Set up metering, usage tracking, and cost allocation systems for multi-tenant settings - Define tenant tiers such as free, standard, and premium with appropriate resource quotas and SLAs - Establish infrastructure standards, governance frameworks, and policy-as-code - Design disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity procedures - Develop multi-account strategies using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and Landing Zone - Lead technical architecture reviews and advocate for optimal AWS infrastructure solutions - Mentor engineering teams on AWS best practices, infrastructure designs, and DevOps methodologies - Oversee incident response, conduct post-mortem analyses, and foster continuous improvement - Document architectural decisions, designs, and operational procedures - Collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones
