- Over 5 years of experience as a data analyst in a financial services or regulatory setting, specifically with financial data from CFTC-regulated entities (SDRs, SEFs, DCOs, DCMs) or U.S. federal agencies.
- Strong background in business analysis and design, with experience leading requirements gathering and crafting solutions.
- Proficient in data analytical tools (SAS, SQL, Python, or R).
- Proven expertise with dashboard development tools, particularly Tableau, with familiarity in Power BI or MicroStrategy being a plus.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with financial services SMEs and regulatory stakeholders.
- Exceptional technical writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in data-driven projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.

Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Analyze complex financial datasets to ensure precision, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Collect, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions that fulfill business needs.
- Conduct business analysis and design sessions, including planning, facilitation, and documentation of requirements.
- Utilize data analytical tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, R) to support research, modeling, and reporting endeavors.
- Prepare and deliver both technical documentation and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead cross-functional projects, guiding teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, and security protocols.
