Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science and 7+ years of progressively increasing ERP system experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing ERP processes, including production, inventory control, sales, purchasing, and finance.
- Prior experience with Aptean Made2Manage ERP systems is preferred.
- Project management experience related to ERP systems.
- Proven track record in supporting and managing ERP system upgrades and integrations.
- Familiarity with EDI and EDI integrations for ERP systems.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- SQL Administration and database querying experience.
- Proficient in vendor management and overseeing support contracts for ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Understanding of AI technologies and tools is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ERP Manager and stakeholders to identify business needs and convert these into functional specifications for the ERP system.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system by applying updates, patches, and overseeing modules.
- Assess existing business workflows and propose enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Conduct system testing and provide troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Create, maintain, and deliver documentation and training materials for system use.
- Develop reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Support ERP-related projects, including system launches and upgrades.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Uphold a high level of integrity and work ethic in all tasks.
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication, both verbal and written.
