Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or five (5) years of relevant work experience without formal education
- At least three (3) years of experience in process cooling preferred
- Familiarity with basic PLC ladder logic, AutoCAD, control systems, refrigerant equipment, pumps, tanks, and piping
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
- Previous experience in customer service (either in-person or over the phone)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Responsibilities
- Assist both external and internal customers primarily via phone
- Identify and resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Offer after-hours support when necessary
- Maintain communication with customers, engineering, sales, and service management
- Troubleshoot and provide recommendations for electrical, mechanical, technical, or industry-related issues
- Document occurrences for future reference and generate corrective action reports as necessary
