Oil and gas IT support technician

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Exceptional attention to detail - Composed demeanor in high-pressure situations - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting - Willingness to travel to remote job sites as necessary - Valid drivers license required - Flexibility to work weekends and/or after hours based on business demands - Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field *OR* 3+ years of progressive Tier I/II IT support experience in a corporate environment (oil & gas preferred) - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 Operating Systems - Intermediate understanding of networking fundamentals and concepts - Intermediate knowledge of Audio/Visual systems - Intermediate knowledge of virtualization fundamentals - Understanding of network and information systems security concepts - Familiarity with Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) - Understanding of wireless networks - Knowledge of physical access control systems - Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP - Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MTA Operating Systems Fundamentals
