Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or marketing
- Helpful but not required: experience in dental/oral surgery
- Valid drivers license
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative and competitive in developing strategic plans
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and success-oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct oversight
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with tools for photo, video, and social media content creation
Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison for promoting our services within assigned geographical areas
- Develop and maintain referral networks with general dentists and specialists
- Conduct regular field visits through scheduled appointments and casual drop-ins
- Provide consistent, professional representation of the practice across all locations
- Monitor referral trends and suggest new growth opportunities to leadership
- Collaborate with surgeons and regional management on territory-specific growth initiatives
- Support marketing campaigns for new practice openings, services, and providers
- Track and assess activities, providing data to inform referral strategies and market insights
- Plan and facilitate events like Lunch & Learns, CE courses, and Open Houses
- Manage logistics for events, ensuring successful execution and attendance
- Evaluate event outcomes, focusing on referral engagement and patient volume
- Create and manage social media content, monitoring performance metrics and adapting strategies accordingly
- Travel within the territory to support referral development and operations
- Independently coordinate schedules and trip planning for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of market activities and communications
- Submit weekly summaries or reports on activities to management
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Practice Relations/Marketing Ambassador to join our team in Longview, TX, focused on building relationships and promoting our oral surgery/dental services in the surrounding communities. This full-time role involves local travel and is based in our office when not visiting referral partners.
