Requirements
Must:
- I seek candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT support or field service technician roles.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive, is essential.
- Familiarity with cloud migration concepts and hybrid deployment considerations is necessary.
- A solid understanding of core Microsoft 365 services is required.
- It is preferred that applicants have experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 admin tools.
- Knowledge of security, systems, networking, Microsoft 365 applications, Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as computer hardware installation and maintenance is expected.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in supporting Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, exposure to tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview, and prior experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
- A team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and reliable, timely work habits are key attributes I value.
Responsibilities
- As a Cloud Support Specialist, I will require you to assist in evaluating client environments for the deployment of Microsoft 365.
- You will identify infrastructure gaps, participate in migration readiness processes, and maintain clear communication with clients about project scope, timelines, and progress.
- Your role will involve performing hands-on tasks for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business while adhering to standard operating procedures.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting common user or system issues, collaborating with senior engineers for complex cases, and maintaining knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and capabilities.
- Additionally, you will aid in ensuring alignments between project deliverables and client expectations and help maintain the hygiene of our service board.
