Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering and/or integration
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Demonstrated capability in leading technical projects or implementations
- In-depth knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL, Agile Methodology, and Web Services (including JSON and JavaScript)
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
Responsibilities
- Lead complete lifecycle integration projects, from architecture to deployment
- Utilize our software to design scalable solutions for intricate enterprise environments
- Manage and oversee client engagements, including demonstrations, proofs of concept, pilots, and implementations
- Guide and mentor small, high-performing teams typically composed of 1–3 engineers
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows while working with XSLT that supports our graphical data mapping technology
- Contribute to enhancements of our internal products and the evolving AI capabilities within our platform
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
