Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is advantageous
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in information technology, including leadership roles in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-department environment
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise systems, including ERP platforms (e.g., Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar), CRM, and analytics integrations
- Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization aligned with business goals
- Strong foundation in IT strategy, vendor management, budgeting, and capital investment planning
- Practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure modernization, and cloud or hybrid environments
- Experience collaborating within a Group IT or global IT structure, balancing enterprise standards with local business requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly presenting priorities, trade-offs, and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Leadership mindset focused on accountability for outcomes, beyond just system delivery
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the companys technology and digital roadmap
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on the impact of digital tools, systems, and data on business results
- Advocate for digital transformation projects throughout manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and corporate divisions
- Align IT and digital investments with operational objectives, growth strategies, and long-term modernization plans
- Oversee ERP strategy, CRM implementation, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, analytics, and automation projects
- Manage IT financials, capital planning, vendor relations, and ROI assessments for digital investments
- Serve as the main point of contact between local leadership and Group IT, ensuring that global standards promote rather than impede local digital advancements
