Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in information technology, with leadership roles in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-department setting
- Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise systems, including ERP platforms (such as Business Central, SAP, Oracle), CRM, and analytics integrations
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization aligned with business goals
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, vendor management, budgeting, and capital investment planning
- Practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure modernization, and cloud or hybrid environments
- Experience working within a Group IT or global IT framework, balancing enterprise standards with local requirements
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate priorities, trade-offs, and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership approach focused on accountability for results, beyond just system implementation
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the companys technology and digitalization roadmap
- Advise executive leadership on how digital tools, systems, and data can enhance business performance
- Promote digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and corporate sectors
- Align IT and digital investments with operational objectives, growth strategies, and long-term modernization efforts
- Take ownership of ERP strategy, CRM implementation, cybersecurity direction, and infrastructure modernization efforts
- Manage IT financials, capital planning, vendor partnerships, and ROI justification for digital initiatives
- Serve as the key liaison between local leadership and Group IT to ensure that global standards support local digital progression
