Familiarity with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly desired. You should possess skills in network configuration and troubleshooting, and you need to either hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or be willing to obtain it within 6 months of employment. Responsibilities

In this role, I want you to leverage your technical expertise to enhance customer relationships, effectively installing, implementing, servicing, testing, and resolving issues related to complex IT network solutions that ensure high-quality service in delivering real-time patient data. You will provide technical recommendations tailored to customer needs and support the shift from a reactive operating model to one that emphasizes customer-focused solutions. Your goal is to continuously enhance our implementation processes and service offerings while working collaboratively with a diverse team of internal and external resources, including clinical, sales, and service partners. You will coordinate project resources and responsibilities, enabling your team to concentrate on customer deliverables. Additionally, you will manage all administrative tasks in compliance with established regulatory requirements, including documentation related to timesheets, service work orders, and preventative maintenance.

Description

We are a health technology company grounded in the belief that every individual matters, and we're committed to ensuring access to quality healthcare for everyone. This field position may require approximately 70% travel within the specified region, with daily travel times averaging between 1-4 hours. You should be prepared for occasional overnight stays and travel by air or train as required. In our collaborative environment, we believe in the strength of teamwork, which is why we encourage our office-based teams to work in-person at least 3 days each week. For field roles, the primary work occurs at customer or supplier locations rather than within the company’s main facilities. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $32.00 to $49.00 in KY and WV, and $33.00 to $52.00 in OH, along with overtime eligibility. This position also includes field service incentive bonuses, on-call pay, access to a company fleet/car, training, and opportunities for advancement, with total compensation being influenced by various factors. Additionally, our Philips Total Rewards benefits program includes generous PTO, a 401k plan, HSA contributions, an employee stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Please note that applicants must have US work authorization, and we cannot consider candidates requiring visa sponsorship. Company relocation benefits are not applicable for this position; ideal candidates should live within commuting distance of Lexington and Ashland, KY. We encourage interested candidates to apply promptly, as this requisition will remain active for 45 days unless filled earlier.
