Requirements

Must:
We are seeking candidates who have more than 3 years of professional experience in the IT technologies or electronics field, ideally in a service environment within a hospital or clinical setting. Experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly desirable. You should possess skills in network configuration and troubleshooting, and hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or be willing to obtain it within 6 months of employment). Additionally, you must meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this Field Service position.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage customer relationships through the effective use of your technical expertise to install, implement, service, test, and troubleshoot intricate solutions on IT networks, ensuring high-quality service that meets real-time patient data needs. You will provide technical recommendations tuned to the customer’s environment, facilitating the shift from a reactive to a solutions-oriented operational model. Your involvement will include teamwork with various internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, sales, and service partners, while coordinating project resources and tasks effectively. You will be responsible for completing all administrative work in compliance with Philips' guidelines and applicable regulations, including managing documentation and adhering to training and safety requirements. You will also install complex systems that integrate IT infrastructure and patient monitoring technologies in both clinical and non-clinical environments.
