Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT technologies or electronics, ideally in a healthcare or hospital service setting.
- Experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting, with a valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by effectively applying technical knowledge to install, implement, service, test, and troubleshoot complex IT network solutions for real-time patient data.
- Provide technical guidance tailored to the customers environment, assisting in the transition to a customer-focused service model.
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies and service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, including clinical, sales, and service partners, to coordinate project resources and facilitate customer deliverables.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks within regulatory guidelines, including timesheets, service work orders, and other documentation.
- Install complex systems involving IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment in various environments.
- Conduct technical reviews of system configurations to ensure performance effectiveness during implement.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time within the Phoenix area, including potential overnight stays and other travel as needed.
