Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have acquired over 3 years of professional experience within the IT technologies or electronics field, ideally in a hospital or service environment. Familiarity with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly desirable. You should possess skills in network configuration and troubleshooting, along with a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification, or you must be willing to obtain it within four months of starting employment. My responsibilities also include offering technical recommendations tailored to customer environments, aiding the transition from a break-fix operational model to a customer solutions-focused model, and fostering continual enhancements in implementation methodologies and service offerings. I will actively take part in regional work teams, collaborating with diverse internal and external resources, which include clinical, sales, and service partners. Coordinating project resources and tasks will be essential in allowing team members to concentrate on customer deliverables. Furthermore, I will perform necessary administrative duties following Philips, state, and federal regulations, ensuring quality adherence.
Description
I am excited to work in a dynamic setting, traveling across Georgia and the Central US Zone. Expect to average 2-5 hours of driving daily, and travel may exceed 75% at times, which could include overnight stays and air/train travel. At Philips, we believe in the power of collaboration, with our office teams working in-person at least three days a week, while field roles typically work outside the main facilities at customer or supplier locations. Philips is fundamentally a health technology organization that prides itself on the principle that everyone matters. Our commitment is to ensure that each individual has access to quality healthcare. The anticipated pay range for this role in Georgia is between $88,000 to $140,000 annually, and the final base pay will be determined based on various job-related factors. Additional compensation may be available, including annual bonuses and participation in our comprehensive benefits program, which offers generous PTO, a 401k plan with matching, HSA contributions, and more. Please note that U.S. work authorization is a prerequisite for employment, and we encourage interested candidates to apply promptly, as this position may close once a suitable candidate is found.
