Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Conduct and assist with various laboratory operations, including sample preparation, data collection, and analysis.
- Utilize your technical skills to deliver high-quality outcomes and address moderately complex issues with sound judgment.
- Adhere to established procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operating under moderate supervision.
- Identify tasks that align with team objectives, contributing to the success of projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Perform tests on clinical and commercial products, raw materials, and validation samples, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Independently draft Standard Operating Procedures, technical reports, project plans, and supporting documentation.
- Mentor junior team members, develop training programs, supervise training initiatives, and manage laboratory investigations for incidents and stock issues.
- Create, review, and endorse compliant test method transfer and validation protocols, reports, and equipment qualification/computer validation documents.

Bonus qualifications include: - Previous experience in Quality Operations. - Laboratory skills, particularly in Cell Culture, Bioassay, Aseptic Technique, and ELISA. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements. - An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. - Adaptability to changing priorities and working in a dynamic environment. Physical/Mental requirements entail: - The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. The work schedule is typically the second shift from Monday to Friday (12 PM - 8:30 PM), with the potential for rotating weekend shifts or flexible hours as business needs dictate. Additional details: - The position is located on-premises. - The annual base salary for this role ranges from $58,500 to $97,500.
