Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, particularly focused on rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile delivery.
- Proven track record in initiating MVPs and refining them based on user input and performance metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with fast-paced environments requiring swift decision-making and adaptability.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and convert insights into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align various stakeholders with MVP objectives and results.
- Demonstrated capability to lead effectively without formal authority, navigating ambiguity to deliver impactful solutions quickly.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation of AI and data-driven digital products using rapid prototyping and MVP-first methodologies to validate concepts and expedite time-to-value.
- Articulate and share a clear product vision and strategy that emphasizes speed, experimentation, and iterative learning.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to quickly test assumptions and adjust product direction based on user feedback and analytical data.
- Develop and maintain a lean product roadmap concentrating on delivering high-impact features with minimum viable scope while remaining adaptable to insights.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and sprint planning with an emphasis on short cycles, quick feedback loops, and ongoing enhancements.
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation by promoting A/B testing, user research, and analytical assessments to guide product decisions.
- Ensure MVPs are designed to be scalable and extensible, establishing a foundation for future enhancements while addressing immediate business requirements.
- Oversee the development of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design and tackle real-world challenges.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication regarding trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of MVP launches.
- Create a team atmosphere that embraces uncertainty, adapts quickly to changes, and focuses on delivering measurable results within tight timelines.
- Engage with primary stakeholders including the Global Commercial Analytics group and Specialty BU (Rare Disease/Inhibition & Immunology) and the AI Acceleration Team on Tier 1/2 programs.
