Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Over 5 years of experience in the development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance solutions such as Saviynt (preferred) or SailPoint.
- More than 3 years of experience with tools like Delinea (preferred), CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of core IAM domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Privileged Management, Authentication, Authorization, Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Advanced understanding of Web Services and APIs for data integration and lifecycle provisioning, including REST, SOAP, and SCIM.
- Extensive hands-on experience with IAM technologies, standards, and practices (e.g., LDAP, x509, Kerberos, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Radius, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Multi-factor Authentication, Single Sign-On).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, group policy management, and operating various federation technologies (i.e., ADFS, Ping, Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Ability to create and maintain scripts for lifecycle automation using languages like JSON, Java, SQL, PowerShell, Python, XML, or others.
- Strong development capabilities in Java, JSON, SQL, API development, and PowerShell.
- Experience with or deploying Segregation of Duties (SOD) to SAP systems using IGA/IAM tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy IAM/IGA & PAM solutions within an enterprise context.
- Create, uphold, and apply policies and procedures to guarantee efficient provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlements of all identities; seek and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements for designing and implementing effective IAM solutions that align with corporate strategic objectives.
- Oversee the complete delivery of projects, actively participating in the development and configuration of IAM & PAM products.
- Provide end-user support as directed, manage multiple complex functions, and engage professionally with business stakeholders to identify and suggest functional, technological, and control solutions.
- Utilize advanced IAM and Digital Technology security approaches to lower risk and impact levels and establish effective, modern security measures.
- Adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes from the organization as required.
- Evaluate and communicate information security concepts and practices with both business and IT stakeholders.
