Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and proficiency in CI/CD pipelines
- CIAM, MS Certified IAM Admin, or related Information Security certifications
- Proficient knowledge at a protocol level across IAM domains like SSO, MFA, IGA, Password Management, and Privileged Access Management
- 4-7 years of engineering experience with core Identity products including Active Directory, Azure Entra, OIM IGA, and CyberArk
- Experience in prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details to meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Azure DevOps
- Basic exposure to Java, J2EE, and Perl Scripts
- Proficient in PowerShell
- Expertise in developing and implementing enhancements to advance existing IAM programs
- Experience in direct system integrations, including Workday, ServiceNow, PAM, ActiveRoles, AD, and Entra
- Familiarity with establishing reliable IAM governance for enhanced JML and role mining techniques
- Direct experience in OneIdentity application onboarding and support with automated provisioning needs

Responsibilities
- Implement enhancements and resolve bugs within a mature product management lifecycle
- Produce and validate precise IAM reports for monthly statistics shared with Compliance and Senior Leadership
- Implement third-party applications using automation techniques to establish suitable authorization controls
- Collaborate closely with developers, Application Owners, and project teams to integrate IAM solutions with applications while developing Role and Access design patterns
- Define and maintain build procedures supporting ongoing consistency checks and accuracy verifications for high-risk systems
- Address audit inquiries, which may include data queries, user lists, evidence collection, and walkthroughs
- Work with IT teams in designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions as a subject matter expert
- Provide direct support for product development, testing, and knowledge transfer of production-ready solutions
- Offer technical support to the Security Operations team for daily management of IAM solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members for continuous internal talent development
- Demonstrate robust troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Implement IAM solutions using load balancers, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery technologies
- Have knowledge in certificate management, SSL handshaking, and encryption technologies for integration with IAM solutions
- Document and update operating procedures for effective knowledge transfer
- Identify operational issues and recommend IAM solutions aligned with team objectives
