SAP Business Analyst - Sales & Distribution

- Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA SD solutions based on business needs - Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes within S/4HANA - Configure and enhance organizational structures, customer and business partner master data, sales documents, deliveries, billing, and returns - Manage pricing, condition techniques, and output management configurations - Drive the implementation of S/4HANA-specific innovations such as Business Partner approach and SAP Fiori apps for SD processes - Address advanced topics including credit management, revenue recognition, intercompany and third-party sales, and billing integration with finance - Facilitate integration with finance, materials management, extended warehouse management, and production planning - Collect and analyze business requirements to create SAP functional specifications - Configure SAP modules to align with business processes and industry best practices - Provide support for SAP implementations, enhancements, and rollouts - Collaborate with technical teams to deliver practical functional solutions - Prepare and sustain functional documentation including process flows and configuration guides - Actively participate in testing phases including unit testing and user acceptance testing - Identify and resolve functional challenges while offering ongoing application support - Assist with user training, change management, and knowledge transfer - Ensure adherence to internal controls and system standards - Promote continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization
