Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
- Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo; knowledge of TripleWhale is an advantage.
- Capability to conduct cohort, funnel, retention, and attribution analyses.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in storytelling with data.
- Bonus: Experience with data pipelines or warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, dbt), forecasting, or churn/LTV modeling, and understanding of e-commerce operations platforms (e.g., SKULabs, Gorgias, Aircall).
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of company data by defining, managing, and enforcing consistent KPI definitions across various systems, including Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and TripleWhale.
- Develop and maintain accurate, user-friendly dashboards, and consistently deliver the weekly leadership scorecard on time.
- Move beyond mere reporting to clarify the rationale behind trends and offer actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Fulfillment, and Product teams to spot growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and usability across systems through rigorous data quality governance.
- Build and automate dashboards using BI tools and analyze key business metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and retention rates.
- Investigate discrepancies and clearly present findings to leadership.
- Prepare and deliver the weekly Data & Insights Level 10 scorecard while documenting metric definitions for consistent usage.
- Partner with teams to design and evaluate experiments to measure their impact.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will take charge of our data, ensuring that every crucial business decision is driven by solid insights. This in-office role allows you to collaborate closely with leadership and various teams, establishing data as a fundamental element of our operations and growth. We offer a full-time position with a starting salary of $75,000 per year, along with benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and an employee assistance program. You will need to commute to our location in Jupiter, FL, to be part of our dynamic team.
