- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, finance, procurement, operations, and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Experience in validating ERP master data (Bills of Materials, items, suppliers/customers).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in user training.

Responsibilities
- I will assist in the initial ERP setup by verifying master data, which includes Bills of Materials, item details, pricing, suppliers, customers, and other essential records.
- I will act as the main point of contact for ERP system users, offering support for daily operations and resolving any issues that arise.
- I will oversee the Order-to-Cash process within the ERP system, ensuring that order entries, credit approvals, invoicing, and collection tracking are completed in a timely manner.
- I will collaborate with department leaders to gain insights into operational workflows and ensure the ERP system aligns with our business processes.
- I will develop, maintain, and update ERP documentation, which encompasses process guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- I will conduct training sessions for users and provide ongoing support to foster adoption and effective utilization of the ERP system.
- I will monitor ERP system performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
- I will assist in performing data integrity checks, audits, and reporting to guarantee accurate business information.
- I will coordinate with ERP vendors for needed system updates, enhancements, or technical support.
- I will generate reports and dashboards for management to aid in operational and strategic decision-making.
- I will identify opportunities for automating manual processes within the ERP system.

Description
This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $60,000.00 to $75,000.00. The work will be conducted in-person. The application deadline is set for November 21, 2025.
