Requirements
Must:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a prestigious law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active California Bar Admission in good standing.
- Over 8 years of significant experience in complex litigation, class actions, and product liability at a mid-size or large law firm.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, compelling arguments in motions, and overseeing case management.
- Outstanding written and verbal advocacy skills with strong communication capabilities.

- Manage a diverse array of complex civil and commercial litigation cases, focusing on product liability defense (especially under the Song-Beverly Act), class actions, and other intricate disputes.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of trial attorneys and litigators skilled in state and federal court practices.
- Offer strategic guidance and provide creative, business-focused legal solutions.
- Participate in all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment to trial and resolution.
