Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience developing and enhancing D365 FnO, especially in manufacturing or production settings.
- Strong expertise in X++, with a comprehensive understanding of D365s extensibility model and the distinction between standard and custom functionalities.
- Practical experience with Azure and DevOps pipelines in relation to D365.
- Background in regulated industries and/or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to engage with business stakeholders and translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Willingness to be on-site in Nashville a minimum of 4 days per week, with potential for future travel as global initiatives expand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom features within D365 FnO, particularly focusing on manufacturing and production modules, in accordance with our architectural framework.
- Support and improve our tailored MES solution, considering future ISV alternatives.
- Collaborate with architects, application specialists, and occasionally with business users to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for D365 development, including decisions around utilizing standard features versus customizations.
- Utilize Azure services and DevOps pipelines to enhance development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality code with thorough documentation, while adhering to regulatory and security standards.
