IT Network Admin - Cisco & Windows Support

- Oversee and maintain the wired and wireless network systems, including switches, firewalls, routers, and access points - Set up and manage VLANs, firewall rules, VPN connections, and wireless configurations - Monitor network performance and availability, addressing connectivity problems as they arise - Act as the main point of contact for Internet Service Providers, managing outages and service modifications - Diagnose network-related incidents and perform root cause analyses - Keep network documentation up-to-date, including diagrams, IP addresses, and configuration records - Apply approved security settings to network devices - Ensure firmware is updated and patched on network hardware - Participate in network-related disaster recovery testing - Ensure network setups comply with internal security standards and HIPAA regulations - Assist in resolving vulnerabilities connected to network devices - Review firewall logs to detect suspicious network activities when directed - Support incident responses linked to network infrastructure - Respond promptly to user requests for PC hardware support via NinjaOne help desk, while repairing and maintaining equipment as needed - Provide assistance and training to users regarding Microsoft Office, Windows email, and networking issues - Follow IS Department procedures for technology asset tracking to assist the Accounting Department - Meet team performance goals and objectives - Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive records and information as per HIPAA and company policies - Maintain consistent attendance, reliability, and punctuality - Adhere to compliance policies regarding Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation reporting - Uphold the Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior within the organization - Foster positive working relationships with clients, families, coworkers, and visitors through respectful interactions - Maintain effective communication with the supervisor - Efficiently manage incoming mail and email communications - Answer phone calls, record messages, and respond to inquiries promptly - Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company rules and regulations - Apply trauma-informed practices in all job interactions - Represent PermiaCare with professionalism in community engagements - Ensure compliance with legal and company standards at all times - Keep valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation - Complete assigned training punctually - Perform additional duties as required
