Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in help desk or IT support (experience in a Managed Service Provider is advantageous)
- Proficient knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, as well as Microsoft 365
- Basic familiarity with networking, VPNs, and printer troubleshooting
- Effective communication and strong problem-solving abilities
- Dependable attendance and consistent work ethic
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and stability
- Experience using RMM/PSA tools
- Understanding of firewalls, backup solutions, or VoIP systems
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 remote assistance through phone, email, and our ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows PCs, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic network infrastructures
- Accurately document actions taken in support tickets before resolving issues
- Elevate more complex challenges to higher-level support when necessary
- Help with the setup of workstations and carry out routine maintenance tasks
- Foster a friendly and professional customer service experience

We are currently seeking a steady and dependable Help Desk Technician who enjoys tackling daily IT challenges and assisting clients. Our compensation is competitive and based on experience.
