Requirements
Must:
- 4-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a comparable position.
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in UI/UX prototyping and design software, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong skills in process modeling techniques, including flow charts, swim lanes, and data flow diagrams.
- Comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Preferred experience in Healthcare Technologies and in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Create wireframes, user interface storyboards, and visual specifications using tools like Figma to effectively convey design and interaction ideas to the development team.
- Employ process mapping techniques such as flow charting and swim lane diagrams to depict current and future workflows, specifically in complex, compliant environments.
- Craft clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that direct the development team during implementation.
- Ensure that requirements and specifications conform to established SDLC principles and compliance needs while participating in planning, testing, and deployment phases.
