Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Technology, Business Management, or related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar capacity
- Familiarity with microprocessor-based equipment and Microsoft operating systems (both Server and Desktop)
- Knowledge of Voice/Data networking, Database Administration, and Unix or Linux OS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone interactions
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Availability for adjusted work hours and on-call support as necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide daily systems support for inventory control and warehouse management
- Analyze data and create dashboards using SSRS/Power BI to enhance reporting solutions
- Ensure data integrity by debugging and validating data sources
- Code, test, configure, and document programs and systems following structured programming practices
- Support various manufacturing system operations, including troubleshooting and documentation
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported issues with computer systems
- Collaborate with teams to develop and enhance applications to meet customer needs
