Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in managing ERP systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Demonstrated expertise with SAP Basis and S/4 HANA with Rise environments or equivalent ERP platforms
- Solid knowledge of database administration (Hana, Oracle, SQL Server), system architecture, and integration
- Experience in Azure Database administration is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee administration, configuration, and integration of ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Oracle)
- Direct the architecture, performance, and reliability of the organizations ERP systems
- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to internal and external standards
- Manage relationships and contracts with ERP and Database platform vendors
- Establish and enforce governance policies and documentation standards for ERP and database use
- Provide leadership and mentorship to ERP support and database teams
- Monitor system performance and user support metrics, implementing necessary enhancements
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning for ERP and database systems
- Stay updated with ERP and database technology trends, recommending innovations
- Oversee the implementation and management of ERP and Database systems across the enterprise
- Collect and review monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics
- Address and resolve SLA compliance issues through investigation and communication
- Lead service-disruption events, determining root causes and communicating with customers
- Develop the annual technology roadmap
- Guide, develop, and supervise team members, including structuring training and development plans for growth
