Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 10 years of expertise in information security, including a minimum of 3 years concentrating on cloud security or SecOps settings.
- Hands-on proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid comprehension of cloud networking, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and security monitoring practices.
- Experience in security automation and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
- Familiarity with container security technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Bash is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP, CCSP) are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor cloud environments for security breaches and respond promptly to incidents.
- Develop and uphold security policies, procedures, and technical standards for cloud deployments.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis on cloud infrastructures.
- Automate security testing processes (SAST, DAST, SCA) for code, containers, and infrastructure.
- Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Assess and deploy cloud-native security tools effectively.
- Automate security operations using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Ensure adherence to relevant standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, or GDPR.
- Participate in incident response planning, simulation, and post-incident evaluations.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in cloud security trends, threats, and technologies.

The salary range for this role lies between $126,000 and $190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with an annual performance-based bonus.
