Requirements
Must:
- Undergraduate Degree required
- Graduate Degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Lifecycle and Scrum project management skills
- Understanding of complex data flows and capability to identify processing bottlenecks
- Experience in assessing business rules and performing source-to-target data mapping
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Scala
- Past experience in software development within a production setting
- Experience in cloud computing and data storage
- Familiarity with vector databases and various lookup techniques (e.g., Pinecone, Faiss)
- Competence in processing extensive sets of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
- Experience working collaboratively with MLOps teams is a plus
- Experience supporting web applications is preferred
- Familiarity with batch and real-time processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Apache Storm, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark) is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong collaborative interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on architecture and design for Generative AI products
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technical and functional product aspects and data integrations
- Proactively identify dependencies and potential issues, highlighting changes in scope and project progress
- Collaborate with technical teams, including ML Engineers, Data Analysts, and Web App/Dashboard Developers to implement feature pipelines and product databases
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements
- Offer technical support to assist clients and partners during and post-product implementation
- Develop and enhance our best practices for data strategy in Gen AI product development
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in data strategy supporting Gen AI products
