Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM fields
- Over 12 years of experience in government or industry within relevant areas, such as DoD/IC Acquisition process
- At least 8 years of experience developing and managing strategic plans
- Minimum of 8 years within the Systems Engineering lifecycle
- At least 8 years of experience assessing and integrating new technologies into operational frameworks
- 3+ years of project management or leading technical teams
- 3+ years in segment level Systems Engineering
- 3+ years integrating systems, services, and interfaces across multiple agencies
- 3+ years capturing user and mission requirements and documenting technical specifications
- 3+ years involved in Configuration Management processes in the Intelligence Community
- 3+ years in testing, evaluation, and analysis related to NGA or the Intelligence Community
- 3+ years facilitating technical discussions with diverse audiences, including government personnel and stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance adjudication or the ability to achieve SCI clearance and pass a polygraph exam
Responsibilities
- Oversee sensor integration efforts across various domain platforms and systems
- Coordinate and manage sensor data definitions to enhance interoperability and processing
- Integrate necessary tools and software for processing, utilizing, and distributing sensor data
- Develop, revise, and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and requirements baselines
- Evaluate and analyze the technical impact of proposed system modifications or enhancements
- Create and deliver technical briefings and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of Concept of Operations (ConOps), architecture analysis, and system design tasks
- Assist in planning and executing testing and validation processes to guarantee system readiness and efficiency
- Lead schedule analysis and participate in risk identification and mitigation strategy development
- Maintain configuration control for operational systems and their documentation
