Senior Tech Lead - Cyber Engineering

- Provide technical leadership and oversee execution in a complex environment of both classified and unclassified systems - Act as the senior technical authority for system architecture and engineering operations across multiple domains - Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of internal and subcontractor personnel to meet research and infrastructure needs - Offer hands-on engineering support for intricate challenges, including root-cause analysis and performance enhancements - Engineer and uphold secure system baselines in a multi-OS environment, focusing on hardening and privileged access control - Drive compliance improvements and enhance security postures in line with applicable governance standards - Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to implement technical controls and establish audit preparedness - Lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of IT and telecommunications solutions - Supervise network and system operations, including routing, switching, and zero-trust principles - Establish and document operational practices for monitoring, backups, and change management - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing updates on status, risks, and architectural decisions - Direct subcontractor personnel and manage stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes
