Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 14+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of Top Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI and pass a polygraph within 30 days
- 5+ years of experience in Java programming
- 3+ years of experience with microservices and containerization tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with backend frameworks like Spring Framework or Spring Boot
- Experience with API development, particularly REST architectural styles
- Proficiency in integration and development tools like AWS, Bitbucket, or Jenkins
- Background in systems engineering related to system design, solution engineering, and software development
- Knowledge of Linux OS and command line interfaces
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 compliant certification (e.g., Security+ or CISSP) within 6 months
Responsibilities
- Execute TS/SCI Java software development for various modules, utilizing event or state-driven programming techniques, along with error logging and exception handling
- Conduct TS/SCI software analysis, architecture, engineering, and integration services at the unit, module, and system levels
- Carry out all software engineering tasks necessary for system implementation
- Follow open standards and modern software development methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices in the industry
- Produce technical reports, white papers, and documentation reflecting findings from all software engineering activities
