Senior GEOINT Systems Engineer

- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Integration, and Architecture teams to perform architecture gap analyses and to design future-state enterprise architectures - Conduct engineering analyses to guide GEOINT Mission and IT investment decisions aligned with the enterprise architecture baseline - Drive requirements allocation, system architecture mapping, and establish end-to-end traceability through baseline analysis - Transform mission and customer needs into precise system and capability requirements and solutions - Lead and engage in systems integration activities across organizations, actively participating in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) - Develop project plans, create architecture and engineering artifacts (such as CONOPS), schedules, roadmaps, and risk documentation - Participate in Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (COAs), trade studies, and engineering assessments - Provide strategic thought leadership, identifying opportunities to broaden team scope and define execution plans, deliverables, and timelines - Engage in NGA governance, configuration management, and risk management initiatives - Help refine and promote modern integration processes while fostering agile practices, digital engineering adoption, operational efficiencies, and cross-organizational collaboration
