Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science with at least 17 years of experience, or a Masters degree with a minimum of 12 years in the field. - Professional or graduate certification in Data Science from a recognized university or major online platform. - Proficient in data visualization and graphical applications, particularly Microsoft Power BI and Tableau. - Skilled in major data science programming languages such as R and Python. - Experienced in managing and integrating diverse data sources, preferably using R, Python, or SQL. - Proficient in conducting statistical analyses and developing data mining algorithms. - Familiar with large-scale data multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics. - Experienced in algorithm development, data structures, and best software development practices. - Strong knowledge of coding, scripting, information science, mathematics, and machine learning techniques applicable to all-source intelligence analysis. - Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret intricate data sets and derive meaningful insights. - Ability to collaborate effectively with users and stakeholders. - Capable of adapting to shifting priorities and managing tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Perform data analytics, engineering, mining, exploratory, predictive, and statistical analyses. - Utilize scientific techniques to transform data into narrative formats including graphical and verbal reports for informed analytic decisions. - Proactively source and analyze data for enhanced understanding. - Develop and employ AI/Machine Learning tools to streamline processes for improved efficiency. - Construct high-quality predictive models. - Apply data visualization tools and applications, including Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau. - Manage and merge disparate data sets, preferably utilizing R, Python, or SQL. - Conduct thorough statistical analysis and employ data mining algorithms. - Design, develop, and assess innovative algorithmic intelligence concepts and technologies for OBI. - Recommend advanced statistical or mathematical techniques to assist in the evaluation of alternatives. - Aid in model formulation or experimental design. - Take joint responsibility with the team for advancing analytic techniques and methods. - Collaborate with colleagues to explore and enhance novel technologies. - Automate ontologies and components to ensure semantic precision and interoperability. - Analyze data science, AI/ML, and other advanced analytic techniques for risks, biases, and limitations. - Work together with teammates to optimize semantic data retrieval and reasoning across knowledge graphs via diverse data query protocols (e.g., GraphQL, SPARQL, SHACL, SQL). - Stay updated on analytical methods within government, industry, and academia to inform senior leadership. - Implement incremental improvements to tools, capabilities, and methods. - Offer expertise on emerging data science methods, tools, and algorithms. - Act as the main point of contact for data science expertise, ensuring compliance with standards on the contract. - Maintain adherence to best practices and standards in AI system development and deployment. - Review OBI documentation for accuracy and completeness, providing constructive feedback. - Advise developers, owners, and stakeholders on OBI governance and knowledge modeling best practices for AI systems. - Support responsible AI development practices, including bias detection and adherence to security policies. - Assist stakeholders in translating technical documents into compliant analytic language. - Facilitate automated entity recognition and summarization in alignment with analytic standards. - Conduct audits to verify compliant usage of systems for approved analysis use-cases. - Create and manage a repository of audit outcomes and recommendations for knowledge sharing. - Provide technical insights and partake in developing software and graphics systems. - Write scripts to direct data science workflows. - Navigate ambiguous information to distill key questions and suggest methodologies, developing structured data schemas.
