Requirements
Must:
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; 3 years with a PhD
- Proven expertise in the cybersecurity responsibility areas mentioned
- Proficiency in secure cloud architecture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, consistently producing high-quality, thorough, and accurate work
- Adaptability to shifting customer priorities
- Extensive knowledge in Identity, Authentication, and Authorization
- Experience collaborating within the Intelligence Community
Responsibilities
- Address congressional inquiries regarding Cybersecurity matters, translating needs and capabilities into comprehensive requirements and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain an inventory of Cybersecurity Architecture needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Analyze cybersecurity best practices to uncover gaps and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute impactful insights to Cybersecurity policies and guide the evolution of ICAM within the Intelligence Community
- Develop and publish foundational security requirements for essential enterprise services to ensure compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies
- Conduct critical path, risk, and task dependency analyses
- Formulate security requirements and constraints to inform essential technical documentation such as program architectural artifacts, business cases, and operational concepts
- Document rules for ICAM architecture
- Create diagrams for interim and future architecture pertaining to ICAM implementation
- Define and convey ICAM integration expectations across all ITE services
- Develop an ICAM playbook
