Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, such as Data Science, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization and experience with graphical applications including Microsoft Office Power BI and Tableau.
- Expertise in major data science programming languages, particularly R and Python.
- Skilled in managing and integrating diverse data sources, ideally using R, Python, or SQL.
- Strong experience in statistical analysis and the development of data mining algorithms.
- Familiarity with large data multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of algorithm development, data structures, and software development methodologies.
- Understanding of coding and scripting, information science, mathematics, machine learning, and visual analytic modeling tools.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex data sets and derive insightful conclusions.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field, such as Data Science.
- Professional or graduate certificate in Data Science from a recognized institution or major online platform.
- Experience working within customer environments is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical examination.
- Apply scientific methodologies to transform data into graphical, textual, and verbal presentations that aid high-quality analytic decision-making.
- Proactively source and examine data from various origins to enhance understanding.
- Develop and utilize AI and machine learning tools to automate processes for improved efficiency.
- Create high-caliber predictive systems.
- Employ data visualization and graphical applications, including Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
- Work with key data science languages, chiefly R and Python.
- Manage and merge diverse data sources, preferably using R, Python, or SQL.
- Execute statistical analysis and implement data mining algorithms.
