Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, with at least 8 years of professional experience. - Proficient in data visualization and graphical tools, including Microsoft Office Power BI and Tableau. - Skilled in major data science programming languages, particularly R and Python. - Experienced in the management and integration of diverse data sources using R, Python, or SQL. - Knowledgeable in statistical analysis and data mining algorithm development. - Familiar with large multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics. - Expertise in algorithm creation, data structure management, and software development methodologies. - Solid understanding of coding, scripting, information science, and relevant SOPs for effective intelligence analysis. - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights. - Excellent collaborative skills for working with users and stakeholders. - Adaptable to prioritize tasks effectively in changing environments. - Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Conduct data analytics, data engineering, and exploratory analysis to extract insights from complex data sets. - Apply scientific techniques to convert data into various narrative formats for informed decision-making. - Actively source data from multiple origins and analyze it for enhanced comprehension. - Develop and leverage AI and ML tools to automate processes and boost efficiency. - Build robust prediction systems tailored for specific needs. - Employ data visualization tools and applications, such as Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau, to present findings. - Manage and integrate disparate data sources effectively using R, Python, or SQL. - Design and assess innovative algorithmic intelligence initiatives for OBI. - Recommend advanced statistical methodologies for alternative evaluations. - Assist in experimental design and model formulation. - Share responsibility within the team for developing advanced analytic techniques. - Collaborate with peers to explore and implement new technologies. - Automate ontologies to ensure semantic relevance and interoperability. - Evaluate data science and advanced analytic methods for potential biases and limitations. - Work on developing and optimizing data queries for semantic retrieval across knowledge graphs. - Remain informed on the latest methods in government, industry, and academia to aid senior leadership. - Enhance tools and processes continuously and act as a primary point of contact for data science knowledge. - Ensure compliance with tradecraft standards in AI system development and documentation review. - Provide guidance on OBI governance and ensure adherence to best practices in AI systems. - Support in translating technical documentation into accessible language for analytic purposes. - Conduct system audits to confirm compliance with approved use cases in all-source analysis. - Maintain a repository of findings and recommendations for knowledge sharing.
