Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in data visualization and graphical applications, especially Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
- Experienced in major data science programming languages, including R and Python.
- Skilled in managing and merging diverse data sources, preferably using R, Python, or SQL.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and developing data mining algorithms.
- Background in large-scale multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with algorithm development, data structures, and software development methodologies.
- Knowledgeable in coding, scripting, information science, mathematics, machine learning, and visual analytic modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex data effectively.
- Capacity to collaborate efficiently with users and stakeholders.
- Adaptable to shifting circumstances to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis.
- Employ scientific methods to convert data into graphical, written, visual, and verbal formats to support high-quality analytic decisions.
- Proactively source data from various origins and analyze it for deeper understanding.
- Develop and implement AI/ML tools to enhance process automation.
- Create robust prediction systems.
- Utilize data visualization and graphical applications, including Power BI and Tableau.
- Manage and integrate various data sources using R, Python, or SQL.
- Execute statistical analysis and data mining algorithms.
- Design and evaluate cutting-edge algorithmic intelligence concepts for OBI implementation.
- Recommend advanced statistical techniques that assist in evaluating alternatives.
- Collaborate with team members for the advancement of analytic techniques and assessments.
- Automate ontologies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assess risks, biases, and limitations associated with data science methods.
- Maintain awareness of the latest research in analysis methods across government, industry, and academia.
- Provide enhancements to tools, capabilities, and methods.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data science expertise, ensuring compliance with tradecraft standards.
- Review OBI documentation for completeness and accuracy, offering detailed feedback to stakeholders.
- Advise on best practices related to AI system development and deployment.
- Conduct audits for compliant system use and develop a repository of audit insights and recommendations.
