Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
- At least 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; or 3 years with a PhD
- TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph
- Proficiency in utilizing AI for data manipulation and dashboard creation
- Capability to develop and maintain interactive visualizations through data analysis from various data sources
- Programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL
- Ability to convey complex concepts into clear graphic representations
- Experience managing complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Capacity to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Experience in customer domain is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of dashboards and visual reports to assist with operational tracking and decision-making
- Manage schedules, milestones, workload priorities, and performance metrics for visualization tasks
- Identify, monitor, and address risks regarding data quality, visualization usability, stakeholder expectations, and project deadlines
- Ensure accurate documentation of visualization requirements, design standards, data sources, and deployment methods
- Prepare and present executive- and operator-level briefings, demonstrating dashboards and visual analytics to leadership and mission stakeholders
- Develop advanced reporting and dashboard visualizations using Tableau and/or AI tools
- Discover and establish new data resources from diverse sources to enhance reporting and analysis
