Requirements

Must:
- At least six years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst or in a related field. - High School Diploma or equivalent education. - DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification, CSSP Incident Responder, or CSSP Infrastructure Support required. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. - In-depth understanding of cyberspace operations and mission assurance topics. - Experience in facilitating DOD working groups and taking part in tabletop exercises at the DOD component level. - Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Responsibilities

- Support cybersecurity initiatives necessary for Mission Assurance (MA) product delivery, facilitating, evaluating, and reporting cyberspace operations. - Organize, determine, and propose essential policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for DODIN operations while representing USCYBERCOM. - Create concept papers, technical white papers, and related documents outlining mission assurance practices for DOD implementation. - Validate USCYBERCOM mission assurance requirements by assessing the development of cyberspace capabilities; synchronize capability needs and innovative uses of cybersecurity platforms. - Utilize knowledge of cybersecurity subjects to conduct Mission Assurance activities by identifying and mapping Mission Relevant Terrain in Cyberspace (MRT-C). - Perform research on emerging cyber threats and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), drafting assessments based on these threats. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance information sharing and simplify complex concepts within USCYBERCOM. - Provide technical expertise in identifying, developing, and prioritizing requirements, processes, procedures, and governing directives for cyberspace operations. - Identify and characterize DOD task Critical Assets (TCA) assigned to USCYBERCOM to guide resource allocation and prioritization decisions. - Offer planning and integration support for cyberspace operations, identifying enhancement opportunities. - Work alongside staff to develop various cybersecurity policy documents, including Cyber Strategy, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and Annual Campaign Orders. - Contribute to the formulation of new Mission Assurance Related Programs and Activities (MARPA). - Employ automated tools like the Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) to pinpoint DODIN task critical assets.
