SharePoint and Power BI Developer

- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including Data Lake, document libraries, lists, and governance models - Integrate system data through ETL processes, APIs, and other tools as necessary - Develop and refine Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to facilitate operational and executive decision-making - Collect and document both business and technical requirements for collaboration, automation, and reporting initiatives - Construct and oversee Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications - Create data models to transform information from diverse sources into actionable reporting formats - Enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within SharePoint and Power BI environments - Manage site architecture, metadata strategy, content lifecycle policies, and document management standards - Diagnose and resolve issues related to performance, permissions, data refresh, and integration - Organize user acceptance testing and assist in the deployment of solutions - Recommend ongoing system enhancements and contributions to continuous improvement - Present dashboards, findings, and solution proposals to leadership as required - Craft documentation and training materials to encourage end-user adoption - Collaborate with IT teams on integrations involving Microsoft 365, ERP systems, data warehouses, and third-party platforms
