IT Solutions Specialist

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration. You should have over 10 years of experience in Solutions Design, with at least 7 years of direct work with WMS systems (experience with RT Locator is an advantage). A minimum of 5 years in data analysis and SQL skills is essential, along with 3+ years of project management experience, particularly with large-scale projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Prior consulting and business solution experience is necessary, as is experience serving as a liaison between customers, operations, and technology. While certifications such as Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, or PMP are preferred, a full understanding of the implementation project lifecycle, methodologies, and standards is imperative. Proficiency in troubleshooting and technology application for solution development is crucial. Candidates must exhibit effective collaboration, listening, interpersonal communication, customer service focus, and have strong time management abilities. Initiative in issue resolution and consultative skills are also required. Regular attendance is critical, and a willingness to travel as necessary is expected.
