Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent development experience
- Over 12 years of comprehensive experience with relevant programming languages, frameworks, application architecture, and enterprise design patterns
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical project leadership
- Proficient in technologies, frameworks, and architectures such as Java, Angular, Python, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, JSON, containers, microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD
- Experience in designing Web Applications using microservices and RESTful services
- Familiarity with modernizing legacy applications
- Knowledge of Domain Driven & Event Driven Architecture
- Experience with Kafka and AWS
- Strong expertise in Software Engineering, application architecture, and enterprise architecture (both on-premise and cloud)
- Understanding of data security and privacy technologies and processes
- Awareness of key digital technology trends and the vendor landscape
- Proven experience in creating and supporting mission-critical business applications
- Strong knowledge of application development life cycles and methodologies
- Ability to mentor diverse teams and communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders
- Consistent attendance is essential
- Willingness to travel as required and complete necessary background checks and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level application systems and provide technology recommendations across the organization
- Ensure compliance with application architecture standards, principles, and frameworks
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reference architectures and roadmaps for digital technology deployment
- Actively engage in digital technology governance and support associated projects as needed
- Address Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) aspects related to digital technologies
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of third-party software solutions and recommend appropriate actions
- Utilize various tools and techniques to troubleshoot and debug application and software issues, contributing significantly during production triage calls
- Identify and address strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to application architecture
- Manage projects and solutions to fulfill client group expectations
- Collaborate closely with the Architecture team to evaluate task quality and provide ongoing feedback to team members
- Lead or assist application development teams in understanding software development frameworks, best practices, and architectural patterns
- Act as a stakeholder during Design and Deploy Tollgate reviews
- Conduct technical interviews for new hires
