Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred, advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
- Over 6 years of experience in areas such as Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) and Cloud Security
- Proficient in centralized log collection and analysis (SIEM)
- Expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and encryption technologies
- Knowledge of endpoint security platforms and firewall platforms
- Familiarity with Identity & Access management and IDS/IPS technologies
- Experience in incident response processes and security architecture & design
- Skilled in system hardening and TCP/IP packet analysis
- Understanding of vulnerability and risk management and web proxy filtering
- Strong documentation and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution
- Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are preferred
- Availability for full attendance and occasional travel requirements
- Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening is required
Responsibilities
- Define and implement security policies and ensure compliance among associates
- Provide comprehensive security reviews and formulate models for new systems
- Analyze and recommend security products based on performance metrics
- Maintain firewall protection for networks, servers, and workstations while providing security logging and monitoring
- Conduct audits on access to critical applications and ensure compliance with SOX and PCI regulations
- Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve usability concerns and enhance security infrastructures
- Manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects simultaneously under senior leadership guidance
- Mentor Security Engineers, Administrators, and Offshore Contractors
- Review SOX and other compliance documentation annually
- Analyze data for access validation and system usage
- Update security files and modify access permissions as needed
- Encrypt data transmissions and configure firewalls to protect confidential information
- Design and maintain protocols for intrusion detection and response
- Document testing and policy procedures related to computer security and emergency measures
