Requirements

Must:
- Current CyberArk Certification at level 2/Defender or higher (Preferred) - Certified Information Systems Security Certification, CISSP (Preferred) - Bachelors degree (Required) - 5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in cybersecurity (Required) - 2+ years of IAM cybersecurity experience (Required) - 2+ years of practical CyberArk experience (Required) - 3+ years in healthcare or a related field (Preferred)

Responsibilities

- Function as the Vault Admin for onboarding accounts into CyberArk as per Penn Medicines guidelines. - Assume the role of primary application owner for Venafi, overseeing SSL certificate management. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges through systematic debugging, research, and investigation. - Conduct responsibilities in alignment with Penn Medicines values, policies, and procedures. - Ensure the full operational capability of the CyberArk application. - Carry out project tasks linked to the Privileged Access Management domain at Penn Medicine. - Advocate and encourage the adoption of CyberArk across all Active Directory domains. - Interpret and gather business requirements, converting them into technical specifications while designing appropriate solutions. - Collaborate with teams and partners to integrate CyberArk, enhancing use cases and features to deliver greater value and reduce risks for the organization. - Offer support to end users utilizing the CyberArk application. - Develop and implement effective metrics to assess and enhance the performance of Cybersecurity IDM capabilities. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization.
