- Familiarity with application troubleshooting for Microsoft products and tools.
- Valid drivers license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide product support, including installation, upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance on PCs, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnose issues and effectively use troubleshooting tools for hardware and software problems.
- Track, monitor, and give updates on service incidents to uphold service level agreements.
- Communicate with clients both verbally and electronically about scheduling and service status updates.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk and System Engineering teams to resolve incidents as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and courteous approach with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Be available to work weekends or after hours when necessary to accommodate client needs.
- Obtain relevant product/vendor certifications to strengthen technical expertise in troubleshooting.
- Attend regular staff meetings and share important updates.
- Contribute to the refinement of tech support processes and tools as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Description

We offer a structured schedule from Monday to Thursday with 10-hour workdays and flexibility with start times. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to undertake site security training upon hire to ensure a safe and compliant working atmosphere.
