Requirements
Must:
- A college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of software development experience, with experience in business operations being a significant advantage
- Proficient in various programming languages, code, and processes
- Current knowledge of the latest development software is highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with a knack for quickly assessing complex programming applications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Business acumen is preferable
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily software development operations for optimal efficiency
- Plan, forecast, and oversee the budget related to software development and system maintenance
- Supervise the development and operations team, which includes computer analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians
- Design, establish, and implement IT system policies and procedures
- Collaborate with clients and franchisers to discuss and align system requirements, integration scope, and processes, including system specifications and costing
- Coordinate various IT projects within the company and with external partners, focusing on system design and the deployment of new IT systems and services
- Ensure compliance with software and hardware requirements, and review operational reports for adherence
- Approve the development of products or services specifications
- Investigate and implement robotic process automation as needed

We are excited to enhance our operations through the launch of an intelligence catering management system and are in search of a Software Development Manager to lead our development team in building, maintaining, and optimizing this innovative system. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of $65 - $75 per hour and an annual bonus related to our companys performance.
