- Deliver outstanding guest service by ensuring food quality meets our Pelican excellence standards - Foster a hospitable, friendly, and communicative atmosphere for guests to enhance their dining experience - Coordinate with team members to address ticket issues, food modifications, or unavailable items during service - Ensure accurate food delivery to guests and promptly inform team members of any discrepancies - Maintain a clean and safe work environment while keeping server alley stocked - Adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain composed during unexpected changes - Support colleagues as needed - Uphold duties in alignment with our Family of Companies and Pelican customer service standards - Share general knowledge of our menu items, events, and community involvement with guests
